B&F Medical Products - A $25 million manufacturer and distributor of home health
respiratory products. Corporate growth successes included a significant acquisition
which broadened the product line to include respiratory plastic disposables.
Dale And Gage Foods, LLC - A $6 million short-run manufacturer, contract packager
and distributor of specialty dry food products and mixes. Dale and Gage customers
include schools, prisons, hospitals, and long-term care facilities throughout the United
States.
J.L. DeGraffenreid & Sons - A $25 million processor of pickles, relishes and related
products for the food service industry, supplying a significant share of product used
by several national and regional quick-serve restaurant chains and national and
regional food service distributors.
Palmer Snyder Furniture Company - A $25 million manufacturer of folding table and
chairs for the event rental industry, K-12 schools, hotels and convention centers. In
addition to internal growth, three acquisitions resulted in expansion into new markets:
Bryan Manufacturing, a producer of plastic tables, Camelot West, a leading West
Coast plywood table manufacturer, and Mesa Industries, a manufacturer of school
cafeteria tables.
